Yonatan Reuven

 

 

Yonatan Reuven is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) at Grow Well Cleveland. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Baldwin Wallace University, and a Master’s of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine. Yonatan has worked primarily with individuals with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Autism, low self esteem and self worth, and those who are marginalized and LGBTQIA+. 

As a counselor, Yonatan has experience working with groups at a day treatment program and partial hospitalization program, and behavioral health agency where he saw individuals as well as worked at the Mental Health Urgent Care Walk-In Clinic. His counseling processes include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, existential therapy, art therapy, and narrative therapy. He uses an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy that focuses on increasing emotional understanding, building resiliency, and learning more about oneself with curiosity instead of judgment.
