Her early career focused on community agencies, particularly inpatient addiction services. More recently, her work has centered on individual counseling for trauma. Katie's specialties include treating depression, anxiety, codependency, self-esteem issues, trauma and neurodiverse populations. She is well-suited to work with a wide range of mental health concerns, but individuals seeking to strengthen their self-esteem and develop self-empowerment, autonomy, and assertiveness tend to be a particularly good fit for her therapeutic style.
