Melanie Wilson Scheduling Specialist After 26 years in the philanthropy sector working with a private family foundation, Melanie recently retired and is excited to start a new chapter as the scheduling specialist for Grow Well Cleveland. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, she handles insurance verification and helps connect clients with the right clinician for their needs. Melanie's years in philanthropy taught her the importance of connecting people with the resources they need, and she is thrilled to bring that same passion to helping clients begin their wellness journey. Melanie manages the Lorain County Imagination Library database and volunteers as a scholarship reader for the Community Foundation of Lorain County. In her spare time, you will find Melanie and her husband spending time at their family cabin in West Virginia, sitting poolside with a book, or planning their next big adventure.
