Theo Eiben

Theo is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who believes clients hold answers within yet often feel they have lost touch with themselves. He strives to provide a safe and validating space for clients allowing them to discover intuitive answers to incorporate into a purposeful and fulfilling life.

As a clinician Theo has worked in private practice, community agencies, and college counseling settings. He worked with the Chicago Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression, an organization dedicated to ending police brutality and all forms of systemic oppression. Theo also served as an AmeriCorps member at City Year Cleveland, working with at-risk students at John Adams High School.

Gestalt therapy is one of his approaches which emphasizes existing wholly in the here and now. Throughout this process you can access and integrate fragmented traits generating deeper connection with yourself and others. This creative approach involves active self-exploration and roleplays that bring awareness to how you engage with the world while healing from unfinished business. Gestalt is also a way of life that empowers us to live fully and authentically. All Theo’s clients control their unique counseling journey and he would be honored to support you along the way!
