Nichole values the process of working collaboratively with clients to help them increase self-awareness, decrease suffering and improve quality of life. Clients’ active participation in the work is essential to a successful outcome. This involves identifying issues and changing behaviors, thoughts and feelings. There are no immediate solutions, but with time and effort the therapeutic process can lead to positive change in one’s life.

Nichole is informed by psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy theories and uses a strengths-based perspective. Nichole advocates for and affirms marginalized identities and communities by employing LGBTQ+ affirmative, social justice-oriented, and culturally competent treatment for the multicultural population of Cleveland. Nichole is committed to providing therapy in a safe, effective, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment.
