Liv Jones M.A, LPCC, Counselor Olivia (Liv) Jones is a licensed professional clinical counselor and art therapist at Grow Well Cleveland. She earned a B.A. in Art Therapy from Ursuline College and continued at Ursuline to obtain a dual master’s in Counseling and Art Therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, in-patient and out-patient treatment, and has worked with folx experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, and personality disorders. Olivia is enthusiastic and passionate about helping others find unique and creative solutions to problems, and has a special interest in utilizing art and craft as a way of both coping with and processing challenges and traumas. She strives to help each client understand themselves in a comforting, safe, and non-judgemental environment. Olivia is passionate about psychoeducation, and ensuring that clients feel as though they are being seen and heard as a person, rather than a diagnosis. Olivia utilizes an eclectic treatment approach with the goal to find a style that best suits the client and their needs, which may include art therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, all from a trauma-informed and person-centered lens. In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her two cats, Raincoat and Cardigan Button. She is an experienced fiber artist who finds peace reclining and crocheting, cross stitching, or embroidering. She enjoys spending her time near water in the summer, preferably in a kayak. Olivia loves learning about new tools to help support her own mental health and the health of her clients! Olivia’s pronouns are she/her/hers.
